It is a fact the life without worries and anxieties is a blessing of God. But to a great extent we are at liberty to take control of our health. If any problem arises regarding our health, we must knock at the door of common sense and ask what the logical reason is. I have learned three rules of living a good life. The first is to drink a lot of water at intervals, the second is to sleep for sufficient time and the third is walk up to 10 kilometers a day at intervals. The result is better health and fully satisfied. Apart from these I eat vegetables which gives no trouble. +Health +Food +Habits
