i. 10^th Muharram Holiday

Dear Parent,

You are hereby informed that College will remain closed on Tuesday 4^th `November 2014 on account of 10^thMuharram.

ii. College Winter Timings

College and School timings will be changed from Monday 3^rd November 2014 according to the following schedule:

Summer Break Task

The following circular is supposed to instruct the teachers as to how to assign summer vacation homework to the students of their concerned subjects.  All the summer vacation of students shouldn't be marred by the subject teachers. Teachers should assigned something meaningful, purposeful and feasible to the students so that the time of summer holidays may properly be utilized. The tasks given below may be much helpful for the teachers

Summer Break Task

All the concerned subject teachers to please note:

i.                    Summer break task is to be submitted to the concerned class teachers latest by 28^thMay.

ii.                  Class Teachers have to submit the consolidated summer break task to the section head on 1^stJune 2015.

Note:

Teachers can assign the following tasks:

a.      Rewriting the already done class work/checked homework

b.      Daily writing practice

c.       Research Projects on the given topics

d.      Making glossary

e.       Consulting dictionary by giving words

f.        Labeling

g.      Diagramming

h.      Drawing

i.        Mapping

j.        Making MCQs

k.       Picture descriptions

l.        Writing on the given topics

m.    Writing paragraphs, essays, stories, applications, letters, dialogues

n.      Writing and memorizing speeches/Debates

o.      Handwriting practice on daily basis (by writing a paragraph from the already taught lessons)

p.      Work other than course contents by making use of Internet etc.
