First Step:- The very first thing is to download crDroid Android 5.1.1 Lollipop custom ROM for Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 P3100 on the desktop of the PC from the above link. Keep it ready.
Second Step:- Now connect the Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 P3100 to the PC employing its USB data cable and mount its USB memory storage. 
Third Step:- Then transfer the crDroid Android 5.1.1 Lollipop ROM .zip file which you’ve already downloaded from the above link, to the root folder of your SD card on the phone. This is not the end.

Seventh Step:- Go back to the main Recovery Menu and choose install zip from SD card → choose zip from sdcard. 
Eight Step:- Navigate to the crDroid .zip file which you’ve already transferred to the SD card of your device. Select the ROM .zip file and confirm the installation to begin. 
Ninth Step:- Navigate to  Go Back once the installation is over. From Recovery Menu, reboot your device by selecting reboot system now. 

Your Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 will be rebooted and may take about 4 to 5 minutes to boot for the first time after installation.
