Meat Eating Habits

If there is no exercise and physical exertion, eating meat of any kind is dangerous for health. Human body certainly needs protein and cholesterol but to some extent. But excessive use of it can cause heart problems and intestinal dysfunction and pain.

Nowadays in the Muslim world owning to the sacrifice of animals, most of people eat beef and a small number of people eat mutton. After their festival they make meatballs, kebabs, shami kebabs and seekh-kebabs.

Actually meat is the essential part of good nutrition but as a regular diet its benefits are less than its disadvantages.

If you eat a large quantity if meat and fatty food, you must do the following:

1. Walk is the best free exercise helping in burning fats and calories.
2. Drink green tea without sugar.
3. Use lemons in green tea as much as possible.
4. In case of middle-aged people, they must take one CV Aspirin tablet provided they have eaten too much meat or bone marrow.
