Q6. Read the following passage and answer the questions given below:
The quality of public services is considered a key standard of the state’s  performance. Economic justice, human rights and treatment of women are the other key factors that indicate the well being of a society.  In addition, the state or government must be seen to enforce the writ of the law. The state needs to define, plan, implement, measure and improve all these performance indicators dramatically. The role of the media and civil society organizations is to present the successes and failures of the state as time passes.
The media and civil society organizations should examine accurately the most serious issues facing our country as a whole. They should hold discussions and suggest solutions to them with the support of over 80 percent literate people or the public. These issues are the needed immediate change in the economic and political systems of the country, elimination of corruption, introduction of the best education system, bringing terrorism to an end and ending social inequality.
