Age Relaxation Problem

In this modern world it is a huge problem for the job seekers all over the world. You can find that in every advertisement for a vacant post, age limit is required. It is commonly observed that the applications of the candidates more or less than the required age limit are set aside or rejected outright. Both under-aged and over-aged have the disadvantage to have the privilege to join any good government or private institute or department What I want to express about this problem is that:
1. particularly the over-aged must be given some relaxation till the age of sixty. They are also the citizens of the world.

2. Or special vacancies must be created for them so as to fit them as suitable parts of country's machinery.

3. Over-aged must be given an international privilege because getting jobs was not the fault of these people (maybe due to the non-availability or ban on job by certain governments.


3. On large scale, plan must be chalked out to provide to utilize the their services.


It is said that “Love has no age, no limit and no death.” So utmost age relaxation must be given by all the governments to all kinds of people of the respective countries.
